What Is Seasons Tea House & Lounge?
Seasons is a tea lounge and coworking space at 201 N Gray Street in Killeen. Think of it as a coffee shop for tea drinkers, for adults only, and completely alcohol-free. Our teas are served hot or iced, with mocktails, a few food items, and a seat you are welcome to keep while you enjoy them.
How it works
Pick a time. Come by during the day, or on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Order at the counter. Choose a tea, a mocktail, or a bundle that includes food.
Take your seat. Your order is your ticket to the lounge. There is no separate cover charge.
Stay as long as you like. Work, read, meet a friend, or join the evening's event.
No unlimited teas. Every drink is made to order.
DayTime & Evening Vibes
By day, it's your favorite corner of the room
By day, settle in. Bring your laptop, your journal, or a friend. Our daytime hours are made for working, meeting, and taking a quiet reset. Start with Seat & Sip, a tea paired with a made-to-order breakfast cup, $10, and your seat is yours for as long as you like. Prefer something simple? Order a single drink, build a tea flight, or add a bite. Your seat in the lounge comes with a $10 minimum.
By night, come out and play or relax. On Friday and Saturday evenings, Seasons becomes the place for date night, a catch-up with friends, and live events. Your seat comes with a $15 minimum on Standard Lounge Nights and $20 on Programming Nights. Order a drink, a mocktail, or something to eat, and stay for the music or the program.

Sunday 10 AM-4 PM
Monday-Thursday 8 AM-5 PM
Friday 8 AM-5 PM, then again 7 PM-midnight
Saturday 9 AM- 5PM, then again 7 PM-midnight
Seat & Sip is our daytime offer. Evenings keep a minimum so the lounge stays comfortable for everyone.
Food
Select items, like our oatmeal and grits cups, are prepared in-house. For everything else we partner with local food vendors: [will be updated as soon as details are finalized]. Ask us about allergens before you order.
Just want to-go?
No minimum for to-go orders. Order online or scan the QR code at the curbside sign, and we will bring it out. Everyone who visits or picks up is 21+.
