After-Hours Sponsorships

Brand a lounge or event night, such as trivia, live music, listening nights, or game nights.

Community Sponsor · $250 A simple way to get your name in the room. Your business is part of the night with 15 sponsored tea or mocktail passes, your business card in our partner display, and a mention in our email newsletter. Don't have 15 guests to invite? We'll hand your drinks out to the room as "courtesy of" your business. Passes are valid the night of the event.

Featured Night Sponsor · $1,200 Own the night. Your brand takes center stage for one branded event night, with outdoor signage, projector rotation during the event, newsletter recognition, one spoken thank-you from our team, and 20 drink passes for you and your guests.

Presenting Sponsor · $2,000 Be the face of the month. Your business is featured across both branded event nights in a full month, with outdoor signage all month, placement in our digital and printed promotions, projector rotation, social media recognition about twice a week, newsletter recognition, two spoken thank-yous at every event night, and 40 drink passes (20 per night).

To keep the lounge feeling like a lounge, we limit spoken sponsor announcements to three per branded night.

Downtown Food Partner

On Friday and Saturday nights, our guests want more than a drink. We partner with nearby downtown food vendors so guests can order food during lounge hours. Orders close around 11:00 PM. We work out pickup or delivery together, and the terms are set in a simple written agreement. Local food vendors get visibility with our guests and through the Seasons partner network. Interested? Tell us what you serve. Please note, food vendors are required to have their own food permit and business insurance.

Business Tea Plan (Coming soon)

Tea for your team, your clients, or your guests. We pack loose-leaf tea with a label, a preparation card, and a honey spoon. Choose prepaid bundles and, where available, delivery. Plans are coming soon. Contact us to be on the list.
