Entry and age

  • Seasons is an adult space. Guests must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID, with no exceptions.

  • This applies to dining in, to-go pickup, and curbside orders.

  • We are permanently alcohol-free. Alcohol may not be brought in or consumed on the property.

Seating and minimums

  • There is no cover charge. Your order is your seat.

  • Daytime: the Seat & Sip bundle $10 includes a tea and a made-to-order breakfast cup or other eligible item. Single drinks and other items are also available. For other daytime orders, the minimum to sit in the lounge is $10.

  • Friday and Saturday evenings: a minimum purchase of $15 per guest on Standard Lounge Nights and $20 per guest on Programming Nights.

  • To-go orders have no minimum.

  • Please do not hold seats for people who are not present, and be mindful that tables are shared when we are busy.

Drinks and food

  • Teas are not unlimited. Each drink is made to order and priced individually.

  • Select food items are made in-house. Additional items come from local food vendors we partner with.

  • Please tell us about allergies before ordering. Our dry mixes are combined in-house, and our kitchen handles oats, tree nuts, milk, and other allergens.

  • Some teas contain botanicals or herbal ingredients. Ask us if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, and check with your doctor. We make no health or medical claims about any tea.

  • No outside food or drink. Please enjoy what we serve; this helps us keep allergen handling safe.

Payments and discounts

  • We accept major credit and debit cards and [cash / mobile payments].

  • Military discount: 10% off extras on Tuesdays and Friday lounge nights with valid military ID. It does not apply to the Seat & Sip bundle or the evening minimum.

  • Discounts cannot be combined.

Refunds and private events

  • Because drinks and food are made to order, we cannot offer refunds once an item is prepared. If something is not right, tell us and we will make it right.

  • Buyouts, private events, and sponsorships are arranged in advance. Contact contact@seasonsteahouse.com.

Wi-Fi and workspace

  • Guest Wi-Fi is free for customers. The network name and password are posted in the lobby.

  • Wi-Fi is shared and not private. Use a VPN or avoid sensitive accounts on public networks. Seasons is not responsible for data or devices on our network.

  • Please keep your use lawful and reasonable. No illegal downloading, and please avoid very large uploads or downloads that slow the connection for others.

  • Outlets are available throughout the lounge. Please keep cords out of walkways and do not unplug anyone else's devices.

  • Take calls and video meetings with headphones, and keep your voice low. Step outside for longer or louder calls.

  • Keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

  • When we are busy, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings, please be considerate of seating and make room for other guests.

Conduct

Please be kind and respectful of staff and other guests. We may ask anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe to leave. Seasons is faith-friendly and welcoming to all; we ask that everyone keep conversation considerate of the people around them.

Photos and recording

We want you to share your visit, and we want every guest to feel comfortable.

  • Photos and short videos for personal use and social media are welcome. Tag us @seasonsteahouse.

  • Please do not photograph or film other guests without their permission. Keep other people out of the frame, or ask first.

  • No live-streaming or recording of conversations, and no flash, tripods, or lighting equipment in the lounge without approval.

  • Professional or commercial shoots, including influencer and brand content, need advance written approval. Email contact@seasonsteahouse.com.

  • Events and Programming Nights: Seasons may take photos and video for promotion. A sign will be posted at the entrance. If you prefer not to appear, tell a team member and we will do our best to keep you out of it.

  • Staff may ask you to stop photographing or recording at any time, and may ask guests who do not comply to leave.
